Mystic Sunday Soundbath: A Restorative Journey
About this Event
Join us for a deeply restorative soundbath experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Held under the energy of the waxing crescent moon in Libra, this session invites balance, clarity, and gentleness.
We’ll begin with oracle card pulls to offer insight and guidance for your personal journey. From there, you’ll be guided into an intuitive sound journey using a variety of healing instruments to support energetic clearing, mental stillness, physical relaxation, and connection to your inner guidance.
This is a space to simply be. To rest, release what feels heavy, and create room for what wants to emerge. Feel free to bring your crystals and place them around or on your body to deepen your experience as you let go.
No experience needed. Come solo or bring a friend!
About Jennifer Escalera:
Jennifer Escalera is a Metaphysical Instructor, Intuitive Healing Practitioner, Mom, and Chicana Owner of The Mystic Living School. Jennifer’s passion is empowering other WOC Empaths, Creatives, and Leaders to develop their unique healing gifts and abilities to heal themselves and help others do the same. She has worked in the healing and spiritual arts since 1998 specializing in healing childhood and ancestral trauma, stress management, and self-worth. What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover, and anything else that supports your comfort. You’re welcome to bring crystals to place on your body or around your space, adding a personal layer of intention and energetic support.
Arrival & Logistics:
Check-in begins at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time, as doors will close promptly at 7:05 PM to preserve the energy of the workshop. Parking is available in the shared lot with Pavilions on California, around the corner from Starbucks.
