Craft your own 12 oz soy intention candle with guided education on safe pouring and mindful blending. Practice two breathwork exercises: 4-7-8 to calm your nervous system and Breath of Joy to uplift your energy. Take home your candle plus a guided workbook with reflections and mantras.
