My menopause transition at work

This training course is for anyone going through or will go through menopause transition that works in Brighton & Hove. The course is for those that are self employed and or work for a small or medium sized workplaces (249 employees or less) and charities in Brighton & Hove UK.

Over the course you will cover:

• What the perimenopause and menopause is
• What symptoms people experience during the menopause transition
• How can you know if you are experiencing any of these symptoms
• How can the perimenopause and menopause affect you at work
  Additional information:
  - The session arrival time is 10am for a 10.30am prompt start to the workshop which will be held in Conference room 2.
  - Child-Friendly: You’re welcome to bring children along. Please let us know on the booking form if you plan to bring them so we can manage room capacity. However, you’ll be responsible for their supervision during the session.
  - Refreshments Provided: Free water, tea, coffee, and biscuits will be available.

Why this course matters: To help people in Brighton and Hove not just stay at work but to thrive at work during and after their menopause. 90% of respondants said that their menopause symptoms impacted them at work, and many were not aware of perimenopause, menopause or that they were actually experiencing menopause symptoms right now. Menopause and perimenopause symptoms can have a big impact on your life, including relationships and work. It is a natural transition with symptoms which can often be managed or relieved with the right support and/or Medic*tion for you. We are here to provide information, workshops and resources to prepare and support you through this transition.
