International Women's Day: A yoga and meditation workshop

March 8th is International Women’s Day and what better way to mark than gathering in community?I’m a lifelong yoginī I’m inviting women to gather, to show up in sisterhood and create a conscious female connection, because female friendships are the deepest medicine. Practitioners, teachers, healers… let’s come together to practice, celebrate, share, empower, up- level and network.

Consider wearing white/ purple/ green as they’re the colours of International Women’s Day… and sparkle to really shine on the day.
