Our next MVFC Warm Up Walks will see us heading along the stunning Seaham coastline as we continue building up towards our Session to Session Walk 💪
📅 Tuesday 16th June – 18:30
📅 Saturday 20th June – 11:00
📍 Meet at the Beacon of Light front entrance at the bottom of the ramp
These walks are all about getting out, getting active, having a laugh and supporting each other along the way. Whether you’re joining for the fitness, the fresh air or the company, everyone is welcome ❤️
