Muskegon River Easy Paddle

This will be an easy weekday paddle on the Muskegon River. It’s 12 1/2 miles with a lunch stop about half way at the Thornapple/High Rollaway Boat Launch.

9:45 Leave to spot cars at the take out
10:15 Return to the put in

They will have a pretty big group there. Some will have their own equipment, and some will be renting. Their plan is to be in the water by 10:45, so our plan is to get in before they do. Some people will paddle and some will float. We’re not calling this an active paddle, so you’re welcome to go at your own pace. You do you.
If you’re into downhill or cross country skiing, then the WMSC might be for you. And hopefully we will meet some paddlers that want to join our group. (If you’re a member of the Ski Club, you should sign up on the app. They need to keep track of who is attending.)
Our goal is to all paddle together, so if we stay on schedule, we can make that happen.
