Carey Seward is a local singer-songwriter who has been performing in Alaska since 2012. A (mostly) lifelong Fairbanksan, she writes of the extremes of life in the subarctic, matters of the heart, and love of family. She released her fifth album in Dec. 2025 - Born on Saturday Night. You can see her with her full indie rock band as “Carey Seward & the Snacks” on Aug. 22 at the Malemute Saloon.
Caitlin Frye Bio
Caitlin Frye is a songwriter and singer from Fairbanks who draws inspiration from many genres in the American music tradition including gospel, rock, country, and folk. Her songs range from gritty to sweet, accompanied by her rich, soulful voice. Caitlin has been performing for over twenty years and currently plays with the band, Valley Below.
