From the late 18th century, settlement in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia has been dominated by emigration from the Scottish Highlands and Western Islands. The Scotts brought their language and culture including fiddle music, Gaelic singing, and piping traditions which have persisted to this day. This show, hosted by Craig DuBose, will feature the Scottish connection to the traditional music of the island of Cape Breton.
