When we dance, we dance not only for ourselves, but for those before us who couldn’t.
When we dance, we heal. We heal our bodies, minds, and spirits. We heal our lineage and our lives.
When we dance, we awaken the parts of ourselves once buried, we come into truth, and we have FUN.
When we dance we get in touch with feeling good in our bodies.
Dance is a powerful universal language that brings harmony not only to our community, but within ourselves.
As survivors of human trafficking, domestic abuse, and other traumas, we have found that dance is an ultimate gateway to liberation, joy, and peace. Moving our bodies, connecting with them, listening to them, and bringing in the elements of play and fun create an extremely effective environment for revolutionary healing and free expression.
Through these dance events we are creating a community of people who are ready to dive in, to heal, to grow, and to have fun with! Join us and be in your fullest expression, joy, and authenticity, in dance, and among friends. Come as you are, no experience necessary, and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat!
