Our fall session will consist of co-created sacred space, some fascinating neuro-science nuggets, gentle body movement and lite bites, as we explore and listen for answers to these questions over the course of three hours. Beatriz Vides, Arlene Grullon, and Stephanie Harrison-Bailey will be co-facilitating the day.

• The suggested investment for this afternoon is $65 — offered in support of the space, facilitators, and nourishing elements that hold us through the evening. We offer a sliding scale of investment, based on your complex and unique financial situation–more than just your current income is involved. In deciding where you fall on the scale, you might consider your privilege & roadblocks, earned assets & debts, income, family assets & obstacles. Again, this is not about getting a “good deal,” this is about CARE for yourself, your family, and our communities.
