Join Laren Loveless Music and Adrienne Woods with Playful Poses, for an all ages FREE yoga and music summer series at the Rockwell Beer Garden Farmers' Market. Each month we will offer a themed class that incorporates music, instruments, dancing as well as yoga and breathwork for families and children. A limited number of yoga mats will be available to use, but feel free to bring your own blanket or mat. No registration is required. Laren is the founder of the popular "Music and Me" early childhood family music classes in Francis Park and at Hope UCC. Adrienne brings her experience as a preschool teacher, yoga instructor and mom to her classes.
This event is in collaboration with Rockwell Beer Garden and the Tower Grove Farmers' Market.
