Get ready to grow your own mushrooms ! Join our certified mushroom experts Sweet Dee and Jesse of Resting Point Farms at our mushroom cultivation overview at Fifth Season Gardening in Asheville from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm OR 2:00 pm - 3:30pm.
During the workshop you will:
- gain understanding of various mushroom growing techniques
- learn which techniques are best for your goals and lifestyle
- deep dive into the wonderful world of mushrooms
Everyone will take home take home one illustrated mushroom growing guide.
The class concludes with a discussion about how to care for your projects long term. Limited enrollment with pre-registration required.
Bring reference photos of locations you hope to install an incubation chamber. Ideal locations are shady, moist, and close enough to your daily routines so you don't miss a flush of mushrooms! Our customized guidance will bolster successful harvests for years.
