Museums for Life: Beyond the Museum is an inspiring, participatory event—funded by the British Society of Gerontology and brought to you by Studio Flourish CIC and the Creative Ageing SIG—exploring how creative ageing can flourish beyond traditional cultural spaces.

Bringing together older adults, artists, researchers and practitioners, this event shares powerful insights from a co-produced museum programme and reimagines how its inclusive principles can be adapted for community settings.

Through engaging discussion, shared learning and a hands-on creative workshop, participants will discover how arts-based approaches can support wellbeing, connection and lifelong creativity.
