Under the inspiring theme "Bubbles Unite Us," this premier black-tie fundraising event brings together community champions, civic leaders, and corporate pioneers to champion inclusive, world-class educational opportunities for youth across South Florida.
Why We Gather: Our Mission
The Museum of Bubbles is a newly minted 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to transforming complex scientific principles—like fluid dynamics, chemical structures, and thin-film interference—into magical, tactile learning environments for youth aged 3–14.
A core pillar of our operational architecture is our specialized Neurodiverse Universal Design framework. We purposefully engineer low-barrier, highly structured sensory environments specifically calibrated for neurodiverse youth, including children on the autism spectrum.
Your presence and support at this gala directly fund the expansion of these crucial, inclusive "Discovery Labs" into Title I classrooms, regional community spaces, and expanding municipal programs throughout the state of Florida.

Strict No-Refund Policy
As an officially designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all ticket sales, table purchases, and sponsor underwriting for the 2026 Charity Ball: Bubbles Unite Us are final. The Museum of Bubbles enforces a strict No-Refund Policy on all transactions due to the following structural commitments:
* Immediate Project Allocation: One hundred percent (100%) of event revenues are instantly allocated to programmatic infrastructure expenses. These include underwriting lab-grade chemical reagents, producing Take-Home STEM Kits, and deploying Level 2 background-screened instructional specialists to under-resourced public spaces and autism-spectrum cohorts. * Tax-Deductible Reclassification: If you purchase a ticket or a corporate table and are unexpectedly unable to attend the gala on Saturday, August 8th, your ticket value will be immediately converted into a 100% Tax-Deductible Non-Cash Contribution to the full extent of IRS regulations. * Post-Event Acknowledgement: All non-attending ticket holders will be generated and issued an official post-event Donation Receipt & Tax Acknowledgement Letter citing the Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the charity to use for your corporate or personal year-end tax records. * Inclement Weather & Force Majeure Plan: In total alignment with our municipal operational governance, should severe weather conditions interrupt or delay access to the Hillsboro Community Center on August 8th, the event will not be refunded. The Museum of Bubbles will work dynamically with venue staff and city administrators to execute a pre-determined "Rain Plan" layout or communicate an alternate reschedule date subject to calendar availability.
