Join Tahlequah FitRanX for the eight annual Memorial MURPH workout on our campus. MURPH is a difficult challenge done annually on or around Memorial Day as a tribute to fallen military members. This workout can be adjusted to any fitness levels and all are invited to join us, for free.
Yes, it can be adjusted to all fitness levels, however know that the purpose of this tribute is to challenge yourself. It will be difficult at any level and we would love to have you join us on Saturday, May 30 at 9am.
