Welcome to your MUNA Spin Class!
Join us at Revolt for a gorgeous MUNA themed spin class! The wait for MUNA's 4th studio album Dancing On The Wall, will be over on Friday 9th May, and the playlist for this ride will include plenty of thebnew songs as well some of our fave MUNA songs from across their first 3 albums! MUNA are Ash's absolutely fave band and MUNA rides will always have a special place in their queer heart. The ride will be approx 50 minutes in length but we'll be together slightly longer, for around an hour including set up/cool down.
Revolt is London's first sustainability focussed fitness studio. The spin bikes convert your effort into electricity which helps power the studio. At Revolt, you will be provided with cleats (specialised spin shoes) on arrival and every bike has a set of weights under the saddle, so we will be incorprating some arm strength tracks into our ride at this venue :)
Anti-diet culture, jiggly dance party on a bike. The focus will be on how we feel and reconnecting with the joy of movement. This is an all ability ride, whether it's your first ride or your 1000th you are so welcome!

Ash Rides London classes are offered using a sliding scale for pricing. The actual cost of the class is £18 and tickets listed below that price are limited. We encourage you to consider the Green Bottle Method (see image below), designed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, for guidance as to where to place yourself on the sliding scale.
QUICK GUIDE TO THE SLIDING SCALE
*The top price ticket is the actual cost of the class and represents the full green bottle. If you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. We have called this option 'Dancing On The Wall'.
*The middle price ticket represents the half full green bottle. We have called this option 'Silk Chiffon'.
*The bottom price ticket represents the almost empty green bottle. We have called this option 'I Know A Place'.
There are a small number of bikes in every ride which are priced higher than the actual cost of the class. These are solidarity tickets which allow those with the means to do so to 'pay it forward' and subsidise the lower/no cost tickets. We have called these tickets 'Number One Fan'.
(Please note we cannot offer refunds, but if you're unable to make it, let us know at least 48 hours ahead of the class and we'll do what we can to transfer your ticket to another Ash Rides London class, subject to availability)!
