Welcome to Mums & Bubs Yoga! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session designed specifically for new moms and their little ones.
Our classes are held at 8/7 Grevillea St, Byron Bay NSW 2481 (Star Pole Studio). A peaceful and welcoming space perfect for bonding with your baby while focusing on your own well-being. Connect with other moms, streghten your pelvis floor, core, stretch and find some inner peace amidst the chaos of motherhood.
