👶 Mums & Bubs Fitness Session
Join our postpartum-friendly Mums & Bubs group for a supportive fitness session designed for mums at every stage of recovery. With free childcare available for babies from 3 months and beyond, you can move your body, meet other local mums, and take some time for yourself knowing your little one is close by.
Sessions include pelvic floor exercises, full body strength training, and low-impact cardio in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
Please arrive a little early so we can chat about your postpartum recovery and introduce you to the nanny.
We meet on the benches at Alan Davidson Oval at the bottom of the hill. BYO towel and water 💛
