Join us for this joyous launch of our new 5Rhythms monthly Saturday night dance. We had such an amazing time deep diving in Marrickville and now we're set to co-create a magical new space in Newtown.
The regular format will be our loved and trusted 5Rhythms dance 7-9pm. But a few changes for the August Launch:
6.45 - 7.15pm - have a stickybeak around, have a chat and nibbles and get comfy in the space
7.15 - 9pm - 5Rhythms dance
Plus for the launch only - bring a friend for free!!

About 5Rhythms:
Moving through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, we practice moving through the waves and circumstances of our life with creativity, authenticity and presence. There is gentle facilitation and inspiring music to support you, but ultimately this is your dance. 5Rhythms is a profound movement map that guides us to our own wisdom, creativity and instincts.
