✔️What is the workshop?
-The workshop is 2 hours long and will focus on mum & son(s) presence & connection;
This was highly requested and as a boy mum I totally get it and there is a real need for a space for mums to spend time with their boys 💙💙
🥨Connection focused Pretzel Play class focusing on partner poses, yoga moves, fun challenges together and ending with a guided meditation together with lots of fun and connection opportunities
🥨Writing letters to each other
🥨Enjoying building spaghetti marshmallow towers together; this STEM challenges using team work together along with geometry to design and build structurally sound towers
🥨30 mins dance choreography session with Chris Cross bopping to pop music, busting out funky dance moves and having fun together
🥨Finishing at the fire pit- s’mores amd marshmallows to toast and chats / free play for everyone
