I am excited to bring you Mum and Baby Fitness classes at Great Park Community Centre, Gosforth.

Indoor postnatal fitness where you can exercise, tone up, and bring your baby with you!
Classes aim to get your confidence and body strong again after having a baby
Classes suitable from your 6wk Gp checkup and beyond with an experienced postnatal
fitness instructor. Suitable for non-walking babies.
Nikki - Before coming to Debbie's classes, I was unsure what my limits were and if I could do the exercises. Mum and Baby Fitness has been fun, flexible, and supportive, and has given me confidence again in my body.
