If you've ever wanted to get the scoop on mojitos and why a truly great one is so hard to find, look no further! In this class, you'll be greeted by the our phenomenal Street Tacos, a Classic Latin Chicks Mojito as your welcome cocktail, and be taken on a journey to understand the basics of what's going on in the glass. Mixologist Ian Phillips will give the story of how the Mojito rose to become an influential drink in western civilization, and then make the drink yourself with active coaching and a whole lot of fun!
