Dance For PD Class
About this Event
We are thrilled to bring Dance for PD® to Asbury Memorial Church in Savannah!
Dance for PD is a welcoming, joyful movement class created specifically for people living with Parkinson’s and other mobility challenges, along with their care partners and family members.Through music, dance, rhythm and movement, participants are encouraged to explore what their bodies can do—building strength, confidence, connection and joy along the way.
No dance experience is necessary, and movements can be adapted to each person's abilities.
Classes begin Friday, September 18
Every Friday - 10:30 AM - 12pm
