Heels Dance Class

Step into your confidence with our Intro to Heels class—perfect for beginners! This class is designed to help you build a strong foundation while learning the basics of walking, balance, and choreography in heels. Expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can explore your style, boost your confidence, and have fun moving your body.
We’ll start with a warm-up in sneakers, so please come prepared. When it’s time to dance, switch into heels with good ankle support—lace-up boots or booties work best (no Pleasers). Bring knee pads. Whether you’re brand new or just looking to refine your skills, this class is all about feeling strong, empowered, and confident from the ground up.
