Magic Prereleases are Sealed Deck format events, where you build a minimum 40-card minimum deck using the contents of a themed Prerelease Pack.
In your Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMT) Prerelease Pack you will receive:
• 6 TMT Play Boosters
• 1 traditional foil rare/mythic rare card
• Spindown™ life counter
