OFF-SEASON TRAINING
The MTBdryland Winter edition requires a 6-month program commitment (Nov-Apr) Training 2x / week in a single timeslot.
Progressive & Periodized to optimize your “off-season” training activity preparing you for your best season on a bike in 2026.

While the MTBdryland training program is optimized for participants training 2x/wk for 6months (48 sesions) - we understand that not everyone is able to make that commitment work.
For the 2025/26 season we are testing a 1x/week program option in SELECT training timeslots.
1x/wk available in Select timeslots only
Spaces subject to availbility & program viabilty
If 1x/wk sessions are sold out in your preferred timeslot - we encourage you to connect with us so that we can review allocations or alternate timeslot options for you.
NOTE:Participants registering for the 1x/wk program - should understand that they are electing to participate in 50% of the programming, (24 sessions).
