What to expect
In our 200hr Teacher Training, you will cultivate deep understanding of yoga foundations, philosophy, and poses. Our studio has the unique ability to provide students with a wide variety of yoga styles to learn and practice, giving our trainees the opportunity to explore and define their own yogic path.
Whether you intend to teach or would like to expand your knowledge & increase your confidence, this training will give you the tools to fully embody your practice.
Some of what you will learn includes:
Yoga history, philosophy and core values
Tools for mindful living
How to lead others and enrich your personal practice
Anatomy, physiology, sequencing and alignment
Meditative techniques, pranayama, chakras and subtle body work
How to cultivate a healthy and supportive environment
Practical application of teaching and the business of yoga
How to experience & teach yoga from an embodied perspective
All experience levels are welcome: no matter how long you have been practicing, you will leave with a better understanding of yoga and deeper connection to your true self.
Our training is taught in a hybrid format (both in-person and online), providing flexibility in your schedule as well as the benefits of community & connection.
