Monthly Mommy & Baby Yoga is a family-centered program that provides a welcoming space for mothers and their babies to connect, learn, and engage in healthy activities together.
Each session includes one hour of yoga and programming, followed by one hour of access to free books, community resources, and giveaways for moms.
The program is offered monthly at two locations:
Bastrop: Every second Thursday of the month from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM at 1100 Church Street, Bastrop, TX.
Elgin: Every fourth Monday of the month from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at 216 W. 3rd Street, Elgin, TX.
