Join us every Tuesday at Canada Place North Point for some FREE outdoor MSINGI classes.
MSINGI is an Afro-beats workout class created by Ingrid Knight-Cohee, Director of Fitness Classes at Fitness World. This class is a unique fusion of African-inspired functional, primal, and mobility movements set to infectious, soul-stirring beats.

Date: Every Tuesday, starting July 16 - August 27 (7 classes)
Time: 6:00 pm -7:00 pm
Location: Canada Place North Point
For registrants:
- Bring a water bottle and wear clothes you can move and get sweaty in. Athletic clothes and shoes are recommended.
- If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please let us know so we can open up your spot for others to participate!
