About this Event
🎉MSEG Studios is turning 2! 🎉
Come celebrate two years of creativity, community, and art with a special Art Battle + Anniversary Party featuring live painting, DJs, creative activities, drinks, dancing, and good vibes all night long.
Whether you're an artist ready to compete or simply looking for a fun night out with friends, everyone is welcome!
🖌️ THE ART BATTLE
At 8:00 PM, up to 30 selected artists will take over the space for one exciting 60-minute painting battle.
Every artist will receive:
🖼️ 16×20 canvas
🎨 Acrylic paints
🖌️ 3 paint brushes
🎨 All painting supplies provided
The theme? YOU choose!
Paint whatever you want, in whatever style you want.
Abstract, portrait, landscape, surrealism, animals, people, funky colours, something completely weird — it's entirely up to you.
There's just one rule:
🎨 COVER THE CANVAS!
Artists must substantially cover their canvas and actively participate throughout the battle in order to qualify for the Random Luck prize.
We're making the competition fun for everyone by having three completely different ways to win!
🎲 RANDOM LUCK — $100
One winner will be randomly selected from all qualifying artists.
Everyone has an equal chance to win!
❤️ PEOPLE'S CHOICE — $100
Once the battle is over, the audience will vote for their favourite painting.
🏆 JUDGES' CHOICE — $100
Owner's favourite.
💰 TOTAL PRIZES: $300
Three different artists can walk away with $100 each!
7:00 PM — DOORS OPEN
Come early, grab a drink, enjoy the music, participate in creative activities, dance, and hang out.
8:00–9:00 PM — 🎨 THE ART BATTLE
Up to 30 artists compete in the one-hour painting challenge.
60 minutes. One canvas. Your creativity.
9:00–9:30 PM — ❤️ VOTING + ART SHOW
The finished paintings will be displayed for everyone to see.
Guests can walk around, check out the artwork, and vote for their People's Choice favourite while the judges make their selections.
9:30 PM — 🏆 WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
We'll announce all three $100 winners!

Tickets starting at $20 for early birds!!

Artist spots are limited to 30 participants, so artists who want to compete will need to secure a spot in advance.
