It’s time to start planning for 2027!

Join us for a full-day MREA Business Planning Clinic with Bill Kennedy, where you’ll take a closer look at your business, your goals, and the activities needed to get where you want to go in the year ahead.

This is a working session designed to help you step away from the day-to-day and spend focused time thinking about the bigger picture of your business. Whether you’re looking to grow your production, become more intentional with your numbers, or simply start the new year with a solid plan, you’ll have time to work through it during the clinic.

What to Expect

Throughout the day, Bill will walk you through the business planning process using models from The Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA). You’ll work on aligning your thinking with that of a Millionaire Real Estate Agent, evaluating your numbers and identifying areas for improvement.

You’ll also work through your 1-year, 3-year, 5-year, and Someday Goals, identify the milestones needed to reach them, and develop a detailed 1-year business plan around areas like lead generation, money management, and organizational development.

The goal is to leave with more than a list of goals—you’ll have a clearer plan for what you need to focus on and do to turn those goals into reality.

What to Bring

Bring your laptop, something to take notes with, and your current business numbers if you have them available. This could include your 2026 production, closed and pending transactions, GCI, expenses, lead generation numbers, or any goals you've already started thinking about for 2027.

Most importantly, come ready to work on your business, not just in it. You'll get the most out of the day if you have your numbers handy and are ready to put your plan on paper.
