Join Books on Third and Naples Art Picnic for a Pressed Flowers Workshop. You’ll create your own botanical artwork using real pressed flowers, playing with color, shape, layering, and composition until the piece feels completely your own.
There is something almost addictive about working with pressed flowers — moving one tiny stem, changing the balance, finding an unexpected combination, and watching the whole piece come together little by little.
Elena from Naples Art Picnic will guide you through the process, share techniques for arranging and composing with pressed botanicals, and help you turn a table full of delicate flowers into a finished piece you’ll want to take home and keep.
The evening is designed to feel relaxed and social rather than formal: flowers spread across the tables, books around you, lemonade, conversation, and plenty of time to create.
Think of it as our Naples version of fall — botanical, cozy, creative, and just a little whimsical, even if it’s still 80 degrees outside.
