Ready to learn the game everyone is talking about?

If you’ve never played before, this beginner-friendly class is designed to make American Mahjong easy, fun, and stress-free.

At Mahjong Café Pop-Up, you’ll learn in a relaxed, welcoming environment with plenty of hands-on practice. Questions are encouraged, and no one is ever rushed. You’ll leave with the confidence to sit down at a Mahjong table and play.

Your registration includes:

• Approximately 3 hours of step-by-step instruction
• A visual learning guide (PDF)—no need to take notes
• Use of Mahjong sets during class
• Guided practice with instructor support
• A delicious breakfast from Golden Grove Kitchen
• Plenty of opportunities to ask questions

No partner or prior experience is necessary. Come with a friend or solo (many of our students do and they leave with new friends).

Once you’ve completed the class, you’re invited to join our weekly guided play and open play sessions, where you’ll continue building your skills in a fun, supportive community.

Warning: Mahjong has been known to become a lifelong obsession. Fortunately, it’s one of the healthiest ones you’ll ever have.
