MRC Monday - Summer Edition

IMPORTANT - In July we do not have set teams. We decide the teams on the spot depending on who is showing up. There will be at least one captain :-)
Running on a monday is the best way to start your week - and Mikkeller Running Club has teams for everyone.
We have the following teams:
I Wish - 7 KM - 5.45 min/km
Slime Time - 8 or 10 KM - 5.00 min/km
Beer Geeks - 12 KM - 4.30-4.40 min/km
Blow Out - 12 KM - 4.00 - 4.10 min/km
See you at Warpigs at 5pm
