Call for Cooks: Who Has the Ultimate Chili?We are hosting a special Chili Cook-Off and the competition is heating up! We currently have three fantastic entries locked in, but we have room for exactly two more challengers to round out our top five.

The Atmosphere: We’ve got a great venue, great music, great beer, and—with your help—great chili.

Bring Your Best Version: Whether your secret family recipe is a "Traditional Red" without a bean in sight, a hearty bean-filled "Homestyle" classic, a meat-lover's dream, or a savory vegetarian masterpiece, all styles are welcome!

Bean or No Bean: The choice is yours.

Meat or Vegetarian: We want to see the full range of culinary creativity.

Optional Side Dish: If you have a signature side that pairs perfectly with your chili—like classic cornbread, jalapeño cheddar skillet bread, or even something unique like cinnamon rolls—feel free to bring a batch to share!

Important Deadline: This is a special event, and slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let us know if you’re in by Monday, May 4th.

Judging & Prizes: Entries will be blind-tasted by you our judges and scored on Aroma, Consistency, and Taste. Beyond the bragging rights, we’ll be awarding prizes for first, second, and third. Ready to claim the title? Send us your reply by Monday and get that crockpot or pressure cooker ready!

• Session IPA, 3.9% ABV, made with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Extremely light and extremely aromatic, with a hint of bitterness.
