Join us for the 2026 MPD Pursuit 1K & 5K Event, an inspiring race that brings together community members, first responders, and supporters to honor the dedication and service of law enforcement officers. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just getting started, this event offers something for everyone! This year’s race theme will be superheroes! We encourage all participants to dress up as their favorite superhero and join us for a fun and exciting event.
The 1K Fun Run is a great way for families, kids, and first-time runners to get involved. It’s an easy-paced race, perfect for anyone looking to take part in a community-focused event. The 5K Run/Walk offers a more challenging route for those looking to push their limits while still embracing the spirit of support and teamwork.
Do you think you have what it takes to become a police officer!? Can you run 1.5 miles within 14 minutes and 46 seconds!? We will have the 14:46 Challenge. We will have a 1.5 mile split within the 5k and those who complete the first 1.5 mile within 14 minutes and 46 seconds will receive a surprise gift after the race.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Teen F.L.O.W. - Youth Ministry.
