Moving Words with Wine

Treat yourself or someone you love to an early afternoon of relaxation, connection and creation. This event will weave together qigong, meditation, writing, sharing and wine!

Kerr Cellars, a female owned boutique winery, that not only makes great wines but also gives back to the community in so many ways, will be our host.

Moving Words is designed to help us build trust for our intuition so we can more easily access our creativity. We will start with a short Qigong (Chee-gong) practice to get our blood flowing and get us physically and mentally grounded. Then we will do a short meditation focusing our listening inward, to our intuitive voice. Finally, putting pen or colored pencil to paper, we’ll attempt to capture what is revealing itself, through words or images. Sharing and positive feedback are encouraged but not required.
