MOVING WITH THE SHADOW : Day Retreat

Welcome to MOVING WITH THE SHADOW: Day Retreat!

Join us on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM for a transformative day retreat at Awaken Yourself. This event focuses on embracing your shadow self and learning to move with it rather than against it. We will kick off the day with a Shamanic Journey led by Laura, a practicing Shaman and Reiki Master, where we will explore dancing with your Shadow and releasing limiting beliefs. Following this, Brooke, a Sensual Movement Facilitator and Pole Dance instructor, will guide us through a powerful movement meditation, which will be followed by a period for integration. During this time, we will eat, reflect, and express ourselves through art. To conclude, Ali, a Womb Healer and Embodiment Coach, will lead a soothing sound bath. All three facilitators are Reiki Certified and will offer Reiki Healing throughout the event to support our sacred space. In addition to this, you will also receive a Limited Edition Shadow Workbook. Light snacks will be provided, and all supplies are included in the cost.
