Come join us for a unique evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at Awaken Yourself. This event will take place on Mon, Apr 14, 2025 starting at 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time.

Enjoying a Sound Bath with Cacao is a transformative experience that combines the healing power of sound with the heart-opening properties of ceremonial cacao. Participants are welcomed into a peaceful space, where they are invited to drink the rich, pure cacao, allowing its energy to awaken and open the heart. As the cacao works to clear blockages and enhance emotional release, a soundbath follows, immersing participants in the soothing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Gongs and other instruments. These sounds promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and create a meditative atmosphere, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to heal.

During the event, attendees are encouraged to lie down or sit comfortably, letting the sound waves wash over them while the cacao gently supports their emotional and spiritual journey. This experience is designed to enhance clarity, emotional healing, and connection, providing a safe and nurturing environment to release old patterns and align with a higher sense of self. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, emotional release, or spiritual insight, this event offers a powerful and holistic approach to personal transformation. Mats, pillows, blankets and eye masks are provided, but please let us know if there is anything we can do to make it more comfortable for you.

WHAT IS CEREMONIAL CACAO?

Ceremonial cacao is a type of high-quality, minimally processed cacao that is traditionally used in spiritual and healing ceremonies. It is typically made from rare cacao varieties and retains more of its natural compounds, such as flavonoids and theobromine. This cacao is often consumed in a liquid form, sometimes mixed with spices or herbs, to open the heart and enhance meditation or connection. Unlike commercial chocolate, it is free from added sugars or artificial ingredients, focusing on its pure, rich flavor and therapeutic effects.

Please note that Ceremonial cacao should be avoided by individuals with caffeine sensitivity or those who are sensitive to stimulants, as it contains theobromine, which can cause jitteriness or increased heart rate. People with heart conditions, such as arrhythmias, should also avoid it, as theobromine can affect heart rhythms. Additionally, pregnant women should consult with their healthcare provider before using ceremonial cacao, as high doses may not be recommended during pregnancy. If you are unable to partake in this portion of the event, tea will be provided to you instead.
