Through embodied rhythm and voice work, participants experience calm, stability, and deep presence.Join DrumHeart for this donation-based Ta Ke Ti Na practice, offered twice monthly on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, now available in-person and online. This ongoing offering supports building Ta Ke Ti Na into your life as a grounding rhythm practice that helps regulate the nervous system, sharpen focus, and restore inner steadiness.
No musical experience or instruments are required. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you’d like. Sessions conclude with a restorative final savasana.
