About this Event
Settle Soften Abide is an in-person stillness series rooted in Scripture, breath prayer, and embodied rest.
This is not a class you need to keep up with.
It is not a performance or a discussion.
It is a place to lie down, slow down, and allow God to meet you in stillness.
Each gathering offers guided rest supported by Scripture, silence, and gentle cues that help the nervous system settle. Mostly resting. Mostly listening.
You are welcome to attend one gathering or all three.
Each session stands alone while also forming a quiet arc of rest.
Who This Is For
Women carrying a lot.
Leaders, caregivers, mothers, helpers.
Those longing for rest without striving.
Anyone needing a gentle place to land.
