While this is not a therapy session and I am not a therapist, I am offering you valuable tools and insights to guide you towards a thriving life. This is a 3 part Series
It starts on Wednesday, March 4th, you then have 2 weeks to establish the new techniques. The second class is March 18th and the third one, one week later on March 25th. It is better to have the last 2 classes closer together. This takes dedication and will power to establish a good habit of addressing the beliefs that direct your path and hold you hostage in your illness pattern.
