The Ann Arbor YMCA is bringing some of its classes to Ypsilanti! Come to this FREE falls-prevention program that uses the principles and movements of Tai Chi to help older adults increase their strength, improve their balance, and increase their confidence.
We'll be taking a break for the month of December and restart weekly sessions on Wednesday afternoons in January 2026.
We'll meet in the Triangular Bay area on the following date:
Wednesday, January 14
The rest of the sessions will be held in the Community Room.
