hosting a Moving and Soothing event every Saturday morning; this event will include Zumba and Yoga and afterwards we will make smoothies.About this Event
We are happy to provide every Saturday a Yoga and Zumba session. Healthy juices and smoothies will be followed up to replenish and for a refreshing end.
This session is for free for volunteers and for £5 for the residents of Fawcett Estate (which includes smoothies and juices)
kindly be aware that you would need to bring your own yoga mate for this session (If not then we can provide one for £1)
