MOVIE NIGHT: Todo Parecia Posible | Everything Seemed Possible
About this Event
Join us for our second annual Juneteenth film screening where we celebrate and uplift black and brown voices in the agricultural and community based landscape. This year we’ll be traveling to the Caribbean for a look into how the film unit of the Division of Community Education, part of an extensive program of Puerto Rican social and economic reform, brought short documentaries into the community and helped demonstrate the power of collective action and solidarity. The film reflects a generations desire to build the country anew- an especially resonant anthem in today’s climate. $25 Tickets available at the door or $20 in advance. Free for BIPOC folx (enter discount code BIPOC at checkout)!
Parking available at 6 Hansen Road (not the main entrance at 388 Broadturn Road).
