Through mindful, accessible movement and guided meditation, participants are supported in releasing tension, grounding the nervous system, and creating space for rest and self-awareness. This trauma-informed class welcomes all bodies and experience levels, offering a compassionate space to move, breathe, and restore. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat.
