Come and join us for a beautiful dance, and prayerful journey during this month’s Half Moon as we head into the next Full Moon Just before Imbolc next month.
Winter is creeping in and settling upon us and as much as we must rest and reflect it is important also to stoke the fire within.
Staying steady as we prepare for
Winter and just beyond that, the planting of new seeds.
The world around us is changing, and evolving and asking of us to learn to come together in a healthy way.
As we begin to see more we must examine our values, priorities and ways of live to see if they align with the community led world that Creation is calling us to. This winter is the opportunity to really zone in on how we can make a difference in our own lives, our communities and thus the world at large.
We remember that this is a time for Balamce as we dance in preparation for the half moon in Taurus the very next day.
We must take deep care of ourselves as the circumstances, our communities, Creator and our lives ask more of us.
Through an Ecstatic Dance experience ending in a sound bath through the community at Rissho-Kosei Kai, we come together to send good medicine and ripples out into the world and inward into ourselves.

Ecstatic Dance is a type of Somatic Therapy that utilizes bottom up theory, which prioritizes coming back into body awareness to feel.
A nonverbal, consent based practice
A place to release tension and trauma stuck in the tissues.
To experience the joy within ourselves and experience everything in between.
Come move, make noises, be in your stillness, & your authentic expression as we connect with ourselves and the community.
