Movement lounge is a space for conscious somatic movement and exploration for women: yoga-inspired, dance-inspired for whole body care and awakening, centered in your pelvis and core awareness.
Movement Lounge cultivates sensory and body awareness, curiosity, and a relationship with movement, flow, and rhythm. We explore patterns, postures and pleasure. We move for optimal function and fascial unwinding, deepening connection and restoring vitality. Breath expands, holding softens, and strength emerges as embodiment. Movement Lounge is an empowering space grounded in the pillars of the Pelvic Harmony™ Method and attunement to your inner medicine.
