Movement For Your Mind Workshops & Performances #LMHW2024

We are delighted to announce an extra special collaboration with Dance Limerick, to bring you a new set of dance classes to improve well-being, connection and expression.

This project will culminate in a mini-performance during Limerick Mental Health Week 2024 in October. Participation is optional!

With Dance Limerick artists and drama facilitators, we will move our bodies to the rhythm of the music, make new friendships and connections and express ourselves in a safe space.

Everyone over 18 is welcome. There is no upper age limit, and no experience is needed. Tea and coffee are provided. Come for a one-off session or the full block of 10 classes.
