Hidden Homelessness: How Do We Reach Those We Cannot See?

Simon Communities of Ireland are hosting our most ambitious Simon Week to date! This seminar is in collaboration with Mid-West Simon.

Join us as we explore the issue of hidden homelessness and how we can reach the people who are not usually seen by services.

Wayne Stanley and Rebecca Hamilton, Simon Communities of Ireland will discuss Under the Radar: Unveiling Hidden Homelessness Across the Island of Ireland, a report published alongside Simon Community NI earlier this year, a cross-border study shedding light on the scale and impact of Hidden Homelessness in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

We will also be joined by Lorcan Byrne, Limerick Institute of Technology, for an academic response on the issue.
